Summer and strawberries go hand-in-hand, don’t they? Whether you’re looking for a twist to upgrade your seasonal picnic jam, or fancy trying a lighter, fibre-filled option with less sugar for your morning yoghurt, this tasty strawberry chia jam recipe is a must.
Better still, made with just four ingredients (including frozen strawberries) and just two easy steps, it’s a recipe you’ll enjoy making again and again, long after the sun-drenched days of summer have passed. Top tip: try stirring the chia jam through yoghurt with toasted pecans crumbled over the top for a light sweet treat.
